快速伸缩复合训练对U17足球运动员灵敏素质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以人大附中三高足球队20名U-17男子足球运动员为实验对象,运用随机分组将其平均分为实验组与对照组,7项灵敏素质测试与下肢爆发力测试结果两组差异不具显著性(P>0.05)。实验组进行快速伸缩复合训练,对照组进行传统抗阻力量训练,训练8周后对灵敏素质与下肢爆发力测试,结果发现实验组训练前后下肢爆发力呈现差异具高度显著性(P<0.01),7项灵敏指标成绩均差异具高度显著性(P<0.01);对照组训练前后下肢爆发力呈现差异具显著性(P<0.05),7项灵敏指标成绩差异具显著性(P<0.05)。运用t检验分析发现,8周训练后实验组与对照组下肢爆发力差异具显著性(P<0.05),3项灵敏测试差异具显著性(P<0.05),4项灵敏测试差异具高度显著性(P<0.01),提高比例实验组均比对照组大。研究结果表明快速伸缩复合训练比传统抗阻力量训练能有效的发展足球运动员下肢爆发力和灵敏素质。 The object of this work is to determine the influence of plyometrics on agility of soccer players. The experiment subjects were tw enty U17 male soccer players who come from the San Gao football team of the high school affiliated to Renmin University. The athletes were divided into experimental group and control group( P 〈0. 05). The experimental group was trained by plyometrics and the control group was trained by traditional resistance strength training. The tw o groups undertook seven agility tests and one low er limbs' pow er test after and before 8 weeks' training. There were very significant differences( P 〈0. 01) in low er limbs' pow er and very significant difference( P 〈0. 01) in seven agility tests,in experimental group pre-to post-training. There were significant differences( P 〈0. 05) both in low er limbs' pow er and seven agility tests,in control group pre-and post-training. Independent-Samples T test revealed that there were significant differences( P 〈0. 05) on low er limbs' pow er and three agility tests,there were very significant differences( P 〈0. 01) on four agility tests betw een experiment group and control group post-training. The study concluded that plyometrics training was more worthw hile activities for improving pow er and agility in soccer players compared with traditional resistance strength training.
