卓越工程师培养质量的模糊综合评价体系研究

The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation System of the Quality of Outstanding Engineers Training

为准确评价卓越工程师的培养质量,根据卓越计划的特点和培养标准,确定卓越工程师培养质量的评价指标,构建了模糊综合评价体系,定量评价了卓越工程师的培养质量。计算结果表明,该评价体系是可行、有效的。

For the accurate evaluation of the quality of training excellent engineers, the authors determine the evaluation indices of outstanding engineers＇ education quality by the characteristics and training standards of the ＂Excellent Engineer Training Program＂, construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system, and quantitatively evaluate the quality of training outstanding engineers. The calculation results show that the evaluation system is feasible and effective.
