摘要 城市道路设置左转待转区可以提高交叉口通行能力,减少交通拥堵,已被广泛应用于城市道路交叉口管理中。但左转待转区使左转车辆停车次数增加,油耗增加,加重了机动车尾气对环境的污染。大多城市交叉口在满足几何条件、信号条件的情况下,普遍配置左转待转区,而没有考虑环境污染因素,因此作者在兼顾环境情况下,分析了左转待转区对环境污染的定性和定量影响,研究了左转待转区的适用条件。 The turn left waiting-area has been widely used in management of urban road intersection for improve the intersection capacity and reduce traffic congestion. But the turn left waiting-area will make the number of left-turning vehicles parking and fuel consumption increase, aggravating the pollution of vehicle exhaust to the environment. Since the most of the turn left waiting-area where satisfying the geometric condition and the signal condition of urban road intersections has not considering environmental pollution factors, the qualitative and quantitative effects of the turn left waiting-area on the environmental pollution were analyzed, and the applicable condition of the turn left waiting-area was researched also.
