摘要 为了研究不同种类防火涂层对钢柱温度场影响的机理,分别在钢构件的表面设置无防火涂料、薄型防火涂料以及厚型防火涂料,然后运用有限元法,分析了钢柱在标准升温曲线条件下温度场的分布情况。结果表明:单面受火条件下,钢柱截面的温度分布很不均匀,有明显的温度梯度;与无防火涂层的构件相比,有防火涂层时其截面温度变化速率明显减缓;采用不同的防火涂料,钢柱的防火性能也表现出很大差异;而且防火涂料并不是越厚越好。 To study the mechanism of the influence of different fireproof paint on the temperature field of steel struc- ture, a series of simulation studies on steel column were performed by finite element method.The simulations were con- ducted by setting no fire fireproof coating ,thin fireproof coating and thick fireproof coating respectively on the surface of steel members under standard fire temperature-time curve. The results show that the temperature distribution of steel column is uneven.There is a great difference along the surface of the component.To compare with the member with no fire retardant coating, the temperature change rate slows down significantly, whose surface is covered with fire retardant coating. The surface exposed in the fire also shows great difference by using different fire protection coatings.Furthmore, fire retardant coating isn't as thick as possible.
