本文描述了顶吹转炉旋转控制的结构特点和工作原理。通过对变频器的性能配置及参数设置和变频器主/从控制原理的分析,分析了顶吹转炉发生"飞车"故障的原因,为快速准确处理故障提供了依据。
This paper describes the structure feature and working principle of the rotation control of top- blown converter, analyzes the cause of the top-blown converter rotation "galloping" fault through the a- nalysis of frequency converter configuration, parameter setting and master-slave principle, provides the basis for handling fault rapidly and accurately.
