发挥辅导员在高校哲学社会科学课程教学中的育人作用

To Play the Instructors'Role of Educating Students in the Course Teaching of Philosophy and Social Science in Colleges and Universities

辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,具有教师和干部的双重身份。因此,辅导员不仅要重视大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作,而且要通过课堂教学对大学生进行哲学社会科学教育。笔者从辅导员在高校哲学社会科学课程教学中发挥育人作用的现状入手,对辅导员承担高校哲学社会科学课程教学的可能性、必要性和具体措施进行了较为系统的阐述。

The instructors are the important parts of the teaching and administrative staffs in colleges and universities,with the dual identities of teachers and cadres.Therefore,the instructors should not only attach importance to college students＇ideological and political education and daily management,but also pay attention to the philosophy and social science education to them through the classroom teaching.Starting with the current situation of the instructors＇role of educating students in the course teaching of philosophy and social science,this paper systematically describes the possibility,necessity and specific measures of the instructors undertaking the course teaching of philosophy and social science in colleges and universities.
