摘要
威布尔分布模型已广泛应用于航空发动机可靠性评估中,目前常用的多为单重威布尔分布,但由于发动机寿命数据中可能包含多种失效模式,因而其应用范围受到限制。基于此,将威布尔混合分布模型应用于对航空发动机寿命数据的统计分析中,并提出了威布尔混合分布动态权重系数的概念,从而提高了威布尔混合分布模型的精度。
Weibull distribution model has been widely used in civil aviation engine reliability evaluation. At present,commonly used is two parameters and three parameters Weibull distribution,due to engine life data may contain multiple failure modes,thus the application range of Weibull distribution was limited. Therefore,applied Weibull mixed distribution to civil aviation engine life data statistical analysis,and put forward the concept of dynamic weight coefficient to Weibull mixed distribution.At the same time,in order to make the reliability evaluation result more accurately,three parameter correlation coefficient optimization method is applied to dual three parameters Weibull mixed distribution parameter estimation,Thus it greatly improves the precision of the Weibull mixed distribution reliability model,which is beneficial to Weibull distribution in the engineering application of expanding, and has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
