摘要
本文通过调整铁尾矿的含量和级配,对路用水泥混凝土的配合比进行优化设计,寻找既达到路用水泥混凝土力学要求又节约经济成本的合理化设计方案。在同等养护条件下,通过加入不同比例、不同粒径大小的尾矿颗粒对等取代天然砂的量与一般混凝土力学性能进行对比表明:铁尾矿的添加不应过多或过少;针对本试验的混凝土试件而言,当粒径为0.15—0.3mm的铁尾矿含量约为50%时,添加铁尾矿的水泥混凝土试验样本具有最优的抗压强度,且满足路用性能要求。
In order to finding the cost saving plan for cement concrete of road performance, the optimum design of cement concrete mixture ratio has done, by adjusting the content of iron tailings and the graduation of iron tailings. In the same curing condition, the experimental study indicated that the compressive strength of concrete has a corresponding increase when the iron tailings instead of 50% sand with which the granule of iron tailing in the range from 0.15 to 0.3 which could meet the requirements of road performance.
