议如何加强辽宁省道路危险货物运输管理

Discussion on Management in Dangerous Goods Road Transportation of Liaoning Province

近年来,道路危险货物运输事故时有发生,对人民群众生命、财产安全造成了很大影响。危险货物具有易燃、易爆、剧毒、腐蚀、放射性等特性,且道路运输比重相当大,如何保障道路危险货物运输安全已成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文从辽宁省道路危险货物运输及安全管理现状出发,分析了道路危险货物运输行业管理中存在的问题,提出了加强行业管理的建议。

In recent years, the road dangerous goods transportation accident has occurred, which has caused a great impact to the people＆#39;s life and property safety. Dangerous goods are flammable, explosive, toxic, cor-rosive, radioactive, and other characteristics, more over the proportion of road transport is quite large. Thus how to protect the road transportation safety of dangerous goods has become an urgent need to address the problem. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of road dangerous goods transporta-tion industry from the current situation of road transportation and safety management in Liaoning province.
