实施"双证书"制度是职业院校适应社会及行业发展的需要,本文论述了公路工程及相关专业(公路养护工)职业标准的制定依据和修订说明,明确了职业标准的指标体系、评分标准和证书等级,说明了交通运输类专业适应性评价工作程序和规则,对交通类职业院校公路工程及相关专业(公路养护工)实施"双证书"制度具有一定的借鉴价值。

The implementation of dual certificate system meets the needs of social and industrial development. The article introduces formulated and revised instructions of professional standard of road engineering and other related professions such as highway maintenance workers, which clearly puts forward indicator system, standard for evaluation, and certificate level of professional standard, as well as transportation-type specialty adaptability evaluation working procedures and rules. It could provide reference value for the implementation of dual certificate system of road engineering and other related professions such as highway maintenance workers in higher vocational college.
