摘要
采用化学法销毁报废催泪性防暴弹中的刺激性毒剂邻氯代苯亚甲基丙二腈(简称CS),并通过正交试验和单因素试验的方法研究了Ca(ClO)2与CS的摩尔比、Ca(OH)2浓度、反应温度和反应时间对CS转化率的影响。结果表明:本试验销毁刺激性毒剂CS的方案是科学可行的,能够达到预期目标;且当Ca(ClO)2与CS的摩尔比为2∶1、反应温度为40℃、Ca(OH)2浓度为该温度下的饱和浓度0.14%、反应时间为60min时,CS的销毁效果最佳。
This paper applies the chemical method to destruct irritant poison C10 H5N2Cl (CS). By the or- thogonal experiment and the single factor experiment,the study explores the effects of the molar ratio of Ca (ClO)2 and CS,the Ca(OH)2 concentration,the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the CS trans- formation efficiency. The results show that the irritant poison CS destruction method adopted is feasible, and the CS destruction performance reaches the best when the reaction conditions are as follows .. the molar ratio of Ca(ClO)2 and CS is 2: 1 ,the reaction temperature is 40℃ ,the Ca(OH)2 concentration is the satu- ration concentration 0.14% at the reaction temperature and the reaction time is 60min.
