摘要
景区旅游安全问题和户外安全救援越来越引起人们的关注。目前我国景区户外安全救援存在机构不健全、缺乏社会联动、软件研发滞后、硬件系统建设缺乏统一标准等问题,旅游云平台对景区户外安全救援体系的构建具有重要的意义,是景区户外救援的基础。分析了旅游云平台对景区户外救援的意义,提出了旅游云平台的构建模式、技术体系和步骤,并研究了基于旅游云的景区安全搜救应用软件的研发、景区户外安全救援硬件系统标准,最终构建了基于旅游云的景区户外安全救援体系。
The scenic safety and outdoor rescue has attracted more and more attention. Problems on scenic outdoor safety and rescue in China include imperfect institutions, lack of social interaction, lagging software development,and absence of uniform standards about hardware system construction. Tourism cloud has great significance for the construction of outdoor safety and rescue system in scenic areas,as it is the basis of the system. This paper analyzes the significance of the tourism cloud to the scenic-area outdoor rescue, then proposes the mode,technica[ system and procedures of the tourism cloud platform construction,stud- ies the development of the rescue Apps for scenic areas and hardware system standards about rescue based on tourism cloud,and finally establishes the outdoor safety and rescue system in scenic areas.
