摘要
通过对汽车尾气有害含量的分析研究,设计并分析能快速、准确检测气体浓度的红外气体检测系统。论述了锑化铟红外探测器的工作原理,红外气体检测系统的组成及各单元功能,实现了应用锑化铟半导体器件做为探测器检测分析2~7μm红外波段的汽车尾气CO、CO2、、HC等气体浓度的红外气体检测仪器系统。其优点是精度和灵敏度高响应速度快,测量范围大,选择性好,稳定可靠,可快速和连续优点。
Through the analysis of the automobile exhaust harmful content research, design and analysis can be rapid and accurate detection of gas concentration of infrared gas detection system. Discusses the working principle of indium antimonide infrared detectors, infrared gas detection system composition and the function of each unit, implements the application of indium antimonide semiconductor device as a detector to detect infrared analysis 2-7 microns to the automobile exhaust, and HC, CO, CO2 gas concentration of infrared gas detection instrument system. Its advantage is high accuracy and sensitivity of response speed, wide measurement range, good selectivity, stable and reliable, and can be rapid and continuous advantages.
