摘要
针对钢结构工程中所用的焊接H型钢的制作进行详细论述,由于钢结构的材料力学性能及其结构特点,在制作过程中必须选择合理的制作方法和焊接工艺,才能有效控制型钢在生产过程中的变形,减少二次校正的投入,提高制作精度和工程效率。结合车间施工经验及相关资料,简述焊接H型钢的制作方法,并分析、总结焊接H型钢变形的控制方法。
Welding H-section steel used in steel structure has been discussed in detail.Because of the mechanical and structure properties of steel structure,it can avoid distortion and reduce the probability of secondary correction,so as to improve accuracy and efficiency only by selecting reasonable production method and welding process.By combining the experiences of construction of the workshop and related information,the method of the fabrication of welding H-section steel has been described,and the method of welding distortion control has been analyzed and summarized.
