摘要
钢桁梁制作流程为:钢板预处理、数控切割下料、板片边缘机加工、板单元制作、杆件制作(含划线、钻孔)、平面及立体试拼装、涂装、栓合发运、桥位吊装连接。板单元、杆件、试拼装全部在工厂内制作完成,运输至桥位后,单个杆件或片体依次吊装组成钢桁梁节段。
This paper introduced the manufacturing process of steel truss beam,including steep panel pre-treatment,CNC cutting,panel edge machining,plate element fabrication, member fabrication（scribing and drilling）,trial assembly in plane and three-dimensional space,painting,bolted delivery,lifting and connecting at bridge site.Panel elements,members and trial assembly would be fabricated in the factory.After delivering these parts to the bridge site,single member or panel would be assembled into steel truss beam segments.
