摘要
介绍中国西部国际博览城项目钢结构工程的主要施工技术,对工程涉及的大跨度倒三角梭形桁架、梅花钢柱、曲面网架等施工重点和难点,从制作加工、现场安装、施工方法及措施等方面进行了重点论述。同时,施工过程中加强质量控制,辅助以监测手段,确保施工质量。该施工技术对类似场馆施工有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper described the main construction technology of steel structure in Western China International Expo Center project,it mainly demonstrated the keys and difficulties of construction technology of long-span inverted triangle spindle truss,plum blossom-shaped steel columns,curved grid and others involved in the project in terms of the production processing,on-site installation,construction methods and measures.Meanwhile,improving the quality control of the construction process with monitoring tools could ensure the construction quality.It could provide a reference for similar stadium projects.
