服用他汀药物患者脂蛋白(a)与尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及动脉硬化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨服用他汀药物患者脂蛋白a)[Lipoprotein(a),LP(a)]与尿酸(Uric acid,UA)、高敏C反应蛋白(high—sensitivity c—reactive protein,hs—CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)及动脉硬化的关系。方法收集2014年12月-2015年7月期间在安徽医科大学海军临床学院门诊随访的服用他汀药物患者239例为观察目标,检测血清脂蛋白(a)、尿酸、高敏c反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸等水平及颈动脉超声测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度(Carotid intima—media thickness。CIMT)。根据LP(a)水平,分成LP(a)正常组和异常组,比较两组中的血脂、尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及动脉硬化之间的差异。结果LP(a)正常组的TG、uA及CIMT与LP(a)异常组有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。LP(a)与CIMT相关系数r为0.359,P=0.000。颈动脉硬化者hs—CRP、Hey及uA三者任意两者呈相关关系(P〈0.05)。结论服用他汀药物患者CIMT与LP(a)有关,他汀药物可能对LP(a)异常的患者保护性差,因此需寻求更好的降LP(a)药物来预防动脉粥样硬化。 Objective To investigate the correlation of statins intake patients' lipoprotein (a) with uric acid, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine and atherosclerosis. Methods A study was performed on a total of 239 cases of which the patients took statins in between December 2014 and July 2015. Their serum lipoprotein (a), uric acid, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and homocysteine levels were detected as well as their carotid intima-media thickness (Carotid intima-media thickness, CIMT) through arterial ultrasound measurement. The subjects were divided into LP (a) normal and abnormal groups based on LP (a) level. The differences of lipoprotein (a), uric acid, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine and atherosclerosis between the two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results The Triglycerides (TG), UA and CIMT of LP (a) normal group and LP (a) abnormal group revealed significantly different (〈0.05). LP (a) and CIMT correlation coefficient r = 0.359, P = 0.000. Conclusion The patients who took statins were related to CIMT, and LP (a), and statins may has poor protection for LP (a) abnormal patients. Therefore, a better drug for dropping LP (a) which may prevent atherosclerosis is needed.
