关于“内陆核电”经济性的思考

摘要 核电建设成本高昂,较高的年利用小时数是生存前提。"新电改"要求核电参与系统调峰,对其年利用小时数带来巨大考验。水电发电成本较低,凤电等的并网成本也在逐步下降,这些可再生能源的快速发展使得核电在电网调度中已无竞争优势可言。全球煤、气价格的疲软,也进一步使得核电在市场竞争中优势降低。因此,在市场经济条件下,"内陆核电"将不再具有经济优势。 Due to the immense construction costs, high annual utilization hours is the prerequisite for the survival of nuclear power units. As the "New Power Restructuring" requires nuclear power units to join in peak shaving, it poses great challenges to their annual utilization hours. At present, hydropower generation is of relatively low costs, and the grid costs of wind power, photovoltaic power and other renewable power are gradually declining. The rapid development of these new types of renewable power makes nuclear power lose its competitive advantage in grid dispatching. The weak global market in coal and gas further reduces its competitive advantage. Under the conditions of market economy, therefore, inland nuclear power will fail to keep its economic advantages.
