摘要
论文结合工程实际,通过具体的案例讲解楼宇自控系统的设计方案、控制对象和节能。目前,更多的业主在新建和改造大楼时,遵守国家的节能法规,选择楼宇自控系统,达到节能减排、降低大楼的运营费用的目的。我国建筑业将会从高能耗、高物耗、高污染过渡到绿色可持续发展的道路上。
Combining with engineering practice, through the the case the paper explain the building control system, the control object and energy saving. At present, in the construction and transformation of the building, more owners comply with the national energy saving method, choose the building automation system to achieve energy saving and emission reduction, and the operating expenses of the lower end of the building. Soon the construction industry in our country will go from the way of high energy consumption, high material consumption and high pollution to the road of green sustainable development.
