热应激影响奶牛乳腺酪蛋白合成的机制 被引量:2

摘要 热应激不仅影响奶牛健康,同时影响奶牛泌乳性能和牛奶品质。乳蛋白作为影响牛奶品质的主要成分,其含量和产量受到基因、环境、内分泌激素等因素综合作用的影响。而现有关于热应激对奶牛乳蛋白含量及产量的影响的研究报道结果不相一致。因此,本文从热应激引起奶牛内分泌激素变化导致营养重分配的基因网络、乳蛋白合成的应答与转录调控机制改变层面,综述了其对奶牛乳腺酪蛋白合成的影响,为进一步的机理研究提供一些思路。 Not only the health of dairy cows is affected by heat stress,but also the production and quality of their milk. Milk protein as one of the most important components in cow's milk,the content and quantity are both affected by gene,environment and endocrine hormone. However,the previous studies results for the effects of heat stress on the milk protein quantity and production are inconsistent. Thus,this paper reviewed the mechanism of gene networks for the redistribution of the nutrients caused by the changes of endocrine hormones,and the response and transcriptional of milk protein synthesis of cows under heat stress,which could affect the casein synthesis of milk,in order to supply some bases for the future study.
