饲粮维生素B_6添加水平对3~5月龄生长獭兔消化代谢和抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素B6添加水平对3-5月龄生长獭兔消化代谢和抗氧化性能的影响。选用200只3月龄獭兔,随机分成5组(每组40个重复,每个重复1只),分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0、5、10、20和40 mg/kg维生素B6的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期54 d。结果表明:饲粮维生素B6添加水平极显著影响食入氮(P=0.004 5),显著影响可消化氮(P=0.034 4)和氮表观消化率(P=0.043 6),其中10和20 mg/kg组食入氮极显著高于其他组(P〈0.01),可消化氮和氮表观消化率均在10 mg/kg组达到最大值,但与20 mg/kg组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。饲粮维生素B6添加水平极显著影响蛋氨酸的表观消化率(P=0.006 8),显著影响半胱氨酸(P=0.011 3)、谷氨酸(P=0.022 6)和丝氨酸的表观消化率(P=0.047 8),并均在20 mg/kg组达到最大值。饲粮维生素B6添加水平显著影响胰腺胰蛋白酶(P=0.035 4)和糜蛋白酶活性(P=0.043 2),并均在20 mg/kg组达到最高值。饲粮维生素B6添加水平显著影响血清总蛋白(P=0.014 3)和尿素氮含量(P=0.048 2),并分别在20 mg/kg组达到最高值和最低值。饲粮维生素B6添加水平极显著影响血清总抗氧化能力(P=0.004 5),显著影响血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(P=0.044 2)和总超氧化物歧化酶活性(P=0.048 1),并均在20 mg/kg组达到最高值,且血清丙二醛含量在20 mg/kg组达到最低值。综合本试验测定指标,3-5月龄生长獭兔饲粮适宜的维生素B6添加水平为10-20 mg/kg。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary vitamin B6 supplemental level on digestion and metabolism,and antioxidant ability of 3 to 5-month old growing Rex rabbits. A total 200 3-month old health Rex rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups with 40 replicates in each group and 1 rabbit in each replicate. Rabbits in the 5 groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0,5,10,20 and 40 mg / kg vitamin B6,respectively. The trial lasted for 7 days for adaptation,and 54 days for test. The results showed as follows: dietary vitamin B6 supplemental level had an extremely significant influence on nitrogen intake( IN)( P = 0.004 5),and had significant influences on digestible nitrogen( DN)( P = 0.034 4) and nitrogen apparent digestibility( NAD)( P = 0.043 6). The IN in 10 and 20 mg / kg groups was extremely significantly higher than that in other groups( P〈 0.01),and the DN and NAD in 10 mg / kg group came to the maximum,but had no significant influences compared with 20 mg / kg group( P〉 0.05). Dietary vitamin B6 supplemental level had an extremely significant influence on methionine apparent digestibility( P = 0.006 8),had significant influence on cystine( P = 0.011 3),glutamate( P = 0.022 6) and serine apparent digestibility( P = 0.047 8),and all of them in 20 mg / kg group came to the maximum. Dietary vitamin B6 supplemental level had significant influences on pancreatic trypsin( P = 0. 035 4) and chymotrypsin activities( P = 0. 043 2),and the highest values were all found in the 20 mg / kg group. Dietary vitamin B6 supplemental level had significant influences on serum total protein( TP)( P = 0.014 3) and urea nitrogen( UN) contents( P = 0.048 2),and the highest value of TP content and the lowest value of UN content were all found in the 20 mg / kg group. Dietary vitamin B6 supplemental level had an extremely significant influence on serum total antioxidant capacity( T-AOC)( P =0.006 9),had significant influences on serum glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px)( P = 0. 044 2) and total superoxide dismutase( T-SOD) activities( P = 0. 048 1),and the highest values of them were all in the20 mg / kg group,meanwhile,the serum malonaldehyde( MDA) content in the 20 mg / kg group had the minimum. Considering all indices of this experiment,the appropriate dietary vitamin B6 supplemental level is 10 to20 mg / kg for 3 to 5-month old growing Rex rabbits.
