产业集群特征对区域养老风险的影响研究——以苏北杨树产业集群为例

Study on the Impact of Industrial Cluster Characteristics on the Risks of Senior Citizens Life——A Case Study of the Poplar Industry Cluster in the North of Jiangsu Province

苏北杨树产业集群涵盖杨树栽培、木材加工等相关的第一、二、三产业。其第一产业呈面状分布;第二、第三产业呈点状积聚。该集群根植于苏北农村,主要由劳动密集型产业构成,且小微企业在数量上占绝对优势。集群发展通过以下途径来缓解区域养老风险:促进区域经济发展,提高老人供养水平;吸纳大量的劳动力,使居民在当地就业,老人与子女同住、老有所依;增加老人融入社会的机会,让老人老有所为、老有所乐;有利于营造良好的敬老爱老的社会环境,让老人感受到社会的温暖。

The poplar industry cluster, embedding in the rural environment of the North Jiangsu area, includes poplar cultivation, wood processing industry, and the third industries related to the above indus- tries. The cluster forms of labor intensive industries mainly. The poplar growth all over the rural area, the second and the third industries concentrate in several points. The development of the industry cluster re- lieves the risks of regional senior citizens life through the following ways： to promote the regional econom- ic and improve the level of the senior citizens life; to absorb more labor force so that the residents can find their work locally, and the senior citizens can live with their children; providing more opportunities for the elderly to integrate into society; to provide the conditions of establishing the social environment for re- specting the elderly.
