西部能源开发区土地生态状况质量评价——以伊金霍洛旗为例

摘要 本研究基于"多指标集合度量法"模型,结合鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗自然条件、社会经济发展、资源与生态保护等实际情况,以行政村为评价单元,从景观生态学及土地生态系统压力、状态、响应的角度出发,选择能够反应土地利用情况,涵盖社会、经济、生态、环境协调发展的土地生态状况基础性指标及区域性指标,构建了能源开发区土地生态状况评价指标体系。并基于3S技术,运用综合指数评价方法,评估了2012年研究区7个乡镇共139个行政村的土地生态状况质量(S)。研究发现:研究区土地生态状况质量整体处于中等及较差状态;评价单元中,其中土地生态状况质量等级为优且S>0.426的评价单元共4个。土地生态状况质量良好。S介于0.382-0.426之间的行政村16个,土地生态状况质量差S<0.291,共涉及6个村。研究发现伊金霍洛旗生态质量较差主要分布在该区沙漠化地区、煤矿区及采煤塌陷等地区。 "multi-index collective measurement" method, combined with the situation of natural condition, so- cial economic development, resources and ecological protection, and with the administrative village as the research unit, this study chooses the regional index that reflects the land using situation and covers basic index of land ecological situation in the coordinated development of factors like society, economy, ecology and environment, constructing the ecological evaluation system of land use in energy-development areas. With the help of 3s technology and comprehensive index evaluation method, this study evaluates the ecological situation (S) of land in 139 admin- istrative villages in 7 towns in 2012. The study discovered that the ecological situation of the areas in research is in medium and poor state. There are four units that graded excellent, in which S is higher than 0.426. There are 16 u- nits that graded good, in which S is between 0.382 and 0.426. There are 6 unites that grades poor in state, in which S is lower than 0.291. It is also discovered that the poor areas in ecological state are mostly in the desertification areas, coal mining areas and collapsed areas in mining.
