摘要
功能目的论以目的为准则,认为翻译的目的决定所有的翻译行为。这就决定了当今的翻译外宣策略应当更加明确翻译目的,顺应时代发展,贴近国际市场,回应国际关切,这样的翻译外宣才能真正地把中国介绍给世界。
Skopos theory takes purpose as the utmost criterion, in that the purpose of translation de- termines all the translation behavior. This pushes the current translation publicity strategies to be with more explicit translation purpose, to comply with the development of the times, to be close to the interna- tional market and to respond to international concerns. Only with the above stated publicity strategy can China be truly introduced to the outside world.
