摘要
通过搜集某一地区国家高等级GPS控制点资料,结合GPS控制点1954北京坐标系和1980西安坐标系两套坐标成果,在1954北京坐标系6°带平面直角坐标的基础上绘制坐标差值等值线;然后利用坐标差值等值线完成该地区1954北京坐标系坐标向1980西安坐标系坐标之间的转换。文章结合实例,对这一方法进行了介绍,其转换精度完全满足全国矿业权核查工作统一采用1980西安坐标系进行实地核查的要求。
This article introduces specific examples about the use of National Grade GPS control-point data in a certain area.Through combining the achievements of Two sets of GPS controlled points of Beijing Geodetic Coordinate System 1954 and Xi’an Geodetic Coordinate System1980. The coordinates of contour D-value has been drawn on the basis of 6°zone rectangular plane coordinate of Beijing Coordinate system 1954.Then it use the coordinate of Contour D-value to complete the conversion of coordinate system from Beijing Geodetic Coordinate System 1954 to Xi’an Geodetic Coordinate System 1980 regarding the certain area.From the specific example in this article, we can draw a conclusion that the conversion accuracy of this application can satisfy the requirement for the national mining right inspection wholly using Xi’an Geodetic Coordinate System 1980 to conduct a spot inspection.
