NGAL在肾小管上皮细胞缺氧-复氧损伤中的作用及机制探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白在大鼠肾小管上皮细胞(NRK-52 E)缺氧-复氧(H/R)损伤中的作用及机制。方法体外培养NRK-52 E,构建细胞H/R模型,将细胞分为4组:正常对照组、H/R组、H/R+pc DAN 3.1空载组、H/R+pc DAN 3.1-NGAL组。结果 H/R组细胞相比正常对照组,凋亡率显著增加(P<0.05),细胞生长受受抑制(P<0.05)。和H/R组进行对比,可发现H/R+pc DAN 3.1-NGAL组细胞凋亡率明显降低,G 1期细胞所占的比例明显下降,S期细胞所占的比例明显增多,整体细胞量出现显著的增殖现象,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NGAL可通过促进肾小管上皮细胞增殖,抑制H/R诱导的细胞凋亡,在H/R损伤中发挥保护作用。
