摘要
目的探讨胫腓骨开放性骨折外固定架固定术后应用骨应力刺激仪治疗的临床疗效。方法 165例(183肢)胫腓骨开放性骨折患者,108肢外固定架固定术后应用骨应力刺激仪治疗(实验组)、75肢术后仅常规进行肌肉收缩及关节活动功能煅炼(对照组)。对比2组骨愈合时间及骨不连发生率。结果实验组平均骨愈合时间(138.27±11.45)d,骨不连发生率3.70%;对照组平均骨愈合时间为(153.43±12.89)d,骨不连发生率10.67%。2组间平均骨愈合时间及骨不连发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨应力刺激仪能明显降低胫腓骨开放性骨折骨不连发生率并缩短骨折愈合时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and superiority of the stress stimulation instrument treating for the open tibiofibula fracture after fixation of external fixatior. Methods There were 165 patients (183 limbs) of open tibiofibula fracture.108 limbs were accepted the treatment of the stress stimulation instrument after the fixation of external fixator (experimental group). 75 limbs only do function exercise after fixation (control group). Observing fracture healing time and fracture complication incidence rate. Results The experimental group: The average time of the fracture healing was (138.27±11.45)d, rate of nonunion was 3.70%; the control group: the average time of the fracture healing was (153.43±12.89)d, rate of nonunion was 10.67%.There were significant difference between two groups in average fracture healing time and nonunion rate. Conclusion The stress stimulation instrument treating for the open tibiofibula fracture decrease the bone nonunion rate and shorten the fracture healing time.
