美国是世界上铁路游径建设最为成熟的国家,也是铁路游径系统发展最为完善的国家。回顾了美国铁路游径的发展历程,介绍了美国铁路游径的基本类型,分析了铁路游径的管理机构和创新举措,并从游径建设的必要性、游径管理的规范性和游径运营的持续性三个方面对我国铁路游径的建设和发展提出了建议。

America is an earlier country for rail trail construction all over the world, and has developed the rail trails system. With review of development history of the American rail trails, the paper presents the types of rail trails and analyzes the administrative organizations and management measures of American rail trails, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of our national rail trails from the perspective of necessity of rail trail construction, standardization of rail trail management, and sustainability of rail trail operation.
