摘要
目的了解肿瘤专科医院护士护理软技能现状,为制定护士软技能培训、提高患者满意度、提升护理质量提供理论依据。方法运用付艳芬编制的护理软技能测评量表对某肿瘤专科医院565名护士进行问卷调查,采用SPSS统计软件对资料进行统计学分析,统计方法包括方差分析及t检验。结果护士总体软技能得分为156.98±20.34,其中人际关系技能得分最高,为29.62±4.12,认知技能得分最低,为19.06±3.68,汉族护士软技能水平高于少数民族护士软技能水平;不同学历护士软技能水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论护士在护理软技能水平上还可进一步提高,医院应该通过培训,采取针对性的措施提升护士整体的软技能水平。
Objective To investigate nursing soft skills in a tumor hospital, provide theoretical basis for the development of nursing soft skill training, improve patient satisfaction and enhance quality of care. Method The nursing soft skill assessment scale questionnaire by Fu Yanfen was completed by 565 nurses working in a tumor hospital. Data was analyzed with SPSS statistical software and included variance analysis and t test. Results Overall soft skill scores of the nurses was 156.98 ± 20.34. The interpersonal skill scores were the highest (29.62 ± 4.12) and cognitive skill scores were the lowest (19.06 ± 3.68). The soft skill scores of Han nationality nurses were higher than ethnic minority nurses and there was no statistical significance in the different degree levels of the nurses (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Nursing soft skills can be improved and hospitals should adopt training and specific measures to improve the overall level of nurses' soft skills.
