Objective:To study the changes in child patients with HFMD myocardial enzyme indicators.Methods:50 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children as test subjects in this study from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 in our hospital, taking HFMD children and healthy children venous blood, testing various myocardial enzymes and blood Routine indicators, analyzed and compared. Results:Group of children observed that blood cell nubmber of lymphocytes, neutrophils and erythrocytes were significantly higher than normal children, but hemoglobin and hematocrit were lower than the same period of the control group of healthy children, the two groups were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Compared with healthy group of children, in the observed group serum CK, CK-MB, LDH, α-HBDH and AST levels were significantly increased in both groups were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). After treatment, patients in the observation group CK, the indicators CK-MB, LDH, α-HBDH, AST, etc. have decreased significantly compared with before treatment was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).Conclusions:The incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease in children when the parameters were significantly increased myocardial enzymes healthy children, after treatment, significantly decreased the myocardial enzymes and blood indicators of change indicators may facilitate the early diagnosis of foot and mouth disease, early action preventive measures, the prognosis is good, it is widely recommended for use in clinical them.
