远安磷矿资源节约与综合利用进展及展望 被引量:1

On Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of Phosphate Rock Resources

摘要 远安县磷矿资源丰富,拥有全国单一矿区最大规模磷矿床——杨柳磷矿区。目前,县内已形成年采矿430万吨、选矿300万吨、深加工350万吨的生产能力和"一区三园"产业发展格局。近年来,远安县委、县政府先后实施磷矿资源可持续开发利用战略、矿山企业"二次创业"和打造"生态磷都"战略,控制开采总量,加强资源整合,推进科学开采,强化贫矿利用,实行产销对接,有效提升了磷矿资源的节约与综合利用水平。针对中低品位磷矿采选和黄柏河流域水质保护两大难题,远安县的磷矿资源节约与综合利用需要在井下建重选厂、矿井水无害化处理和充填采矿工艺设备改造等方面继续开展工作。 Yuan'an County is rich in phosphate rock resources, where the largest phosphate rock bed in China---Yangliu phosphate rock area is located. At present, with annual production capacity of 4.3 million tons of ore mining, 3 million tons of ore dressing, and 3.5 million tons of further processing, the industrial development pattern of "one area and three parks" has been formed. In recent years, guided by Yuan'an party committee and government, Yuan'an has devoted great efforts to improve conservation and comprehensive utilization level of the phosphate rock resources. For example, they have implemented both the strategy of sustainable development and utilization of phosphate rock resources, and the strategy of starting a new undertaking of mining enterprises and building "Ecological Phosphorus Capital". At the same time, they have enhanced their efforts with regard to the total production control, the integration of resources; scientific mining, the utilization of lean ore, and the link of production and marketing. In addition, facing the challenges of mining-dressing of low and medium grade phosphate rocks, and water quality protection of Huang Baihe river basin, this paper points out that in order to improve the level of conservation and comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock resources in Yuan'an County, they need to build re-dressing-works in the mine, bio-safety disposal of mine water, and update the filling mining technological equipment.
