摘要
根据目前上海市在城市更新区域评估、城市更新单元块划定,城市更新实施方案编制及全生命周期管理体系建立过程中存在的大数据整合、项目分类管理、数据趋势分析、资金平衡分析的需求,应用GIS和数据库管理平台,结合多模块设计思维,将城市更新改造项目中的各类图层、项目信息、人员信息、资金测算与管理等一系列大数据信息进行资源整合与管理,最终形成项目管理数据库平台。利用GIS平台的数据整合特点,也会成为助推全国许多区域城市化改造,盘活存量土地,有效提高管理效能的重要技术支持手段。
In light of the needs of big data integration, project classification management, the analysis of data trending and fund balance in the process of regional evaluation, delimitation of unit block, and working out implementation plan with regard to urban renewal, as well as the establishment of total life cycle management system that Shanghai is carrying out at present; we should devote our efforts to integrating and managing a series of big data information such as all kinds of layers, project information, staff information, and fund calculating and management that involved in urban renewal and reconstruction projects by using GIS and database management platform, and in accordance with design thinking of multi-module. These efforts eventually provide project management database platform. This paper also argues that wise using the data consolidation characteristics of the GIS platform will help us to promote urbanized renovation, make good use of land reserves, and improve the management efficiency in many areas of China.
