摘要
为实现对大功率动压泄液式限矩型液力偶合器流场特性预测,有效指导偶合器产品设计,减少产品的开发周期和成本,以循环圆直径为560mm的动压泄液式限矩型液力偶合器为研究对象,分别对其在不同充液率、典型工况下的流场进行数值计算和分析.基于工作液体在偶合器工作腔和多个辅助油室内部循环、耦合流动的特点,计算中采用了滑移网格瞬态流场计算方法,气-液两相流模型选用混合物模型,实现了对其内部流场分布情况的预测,并对其外特性进行计算.通过将其与台架试验获得的外特性相对比,对计算流体力学(CFD)数值计算方法的有效性和适用性进行评价,为限矩型液力偶合器流道结构的设计和优化提供了依据和方法.
To achieve the prediction of flow field characteristics of high‐power dynamic pressure dis‐charging torque limited hydrodynamic coupling ,effectively instruct the design of hydrodynamic cou‐pling ,and reduce the cost and development cycle ,dynamic pressure discharging torque limited hydro‐dynamic coupling with 560 mm circulatory circle was taken as research object ,and the numerical cal‐culation and analysis of flow field in different filling rates and typical conditions were finished respec‐tively .Based on the characteristics of the recycle and coupled flow betw een w orking chambers and auxiliary chambers ,calculation method of sliding grid transient flow field was used to predict the dis‐tribution of flow field inside the hydrodynamic coupling ,and the external performance was calculated . Compared with the external performance obtained from the bench test ,and the effectiveness and ap‐plicability of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical calculation method were evaluated , w hich provides the basis and methods in design and optimization of torque limited hydrodynamic cou‐pling channel structure .
