摘要
以液压型风力发电机组为研究对象,针对机组高质量电能问题展开研究.建立了机组液压传动系统数学模型,推导了液压系统输出转矩对变量马达摆角的传递函数.以数学模型为基础,提出了机组转矩波动抑制方法,通过系统压力反馈、风力机转速反馈和机组输出转矩反馈对变量马达摆角进行修正补偿,并对其控制律进行推导分析.以30kV·A液压型风力发电机组模拟实验台为基础,针对所提出的转矩波动抑制方法进行仿真和实验研究.仿真和实验结果表明:液压型风力发电机组转矩波动抑制方法具有良好的控制效果,基本实现了对机组输出转矩的柔性控制,为液压型风力发电机组输出高质量电能提供了一定的理论和实验基础.
To solve the high quality electric energy problem of hydraulic type wind turbine ,the math‐ematical model of hydraulic transmission system was established ,and the transfer function between hydraulic system output torque and variable displacement motor swing angle was derived .Based on mathematical model ,a method to reduce the unit torque fluctuation was proposed ,correction and compensation of variable displacement motor swing angle was made through the system pressure feed‐back ,wind speed feedback and the output torque of motor unit feedback ,and the control law was de‐rived and analyzed .The method of reducing torque fluctuation was researched by simulation and ex‐periment using a 30 kV · A hydraulic type wind turbine simulation and experiment platform .Research results show that the method of reducing torque fluctuation has good control effect ,can generally re‐alize flexible control of turbine output torque ,w hich provides a theoretical and experimental basis for high quality electrical energy of hydraulic type wind turbine .
