摘要
日本是中小学图书馆事业最为发达的国家之一。中小学图书馆在网络信息时代学生的"生存能力"培养,尤其是在探究性学习中发挥着重要作用。文章从《学校图书馆法》《学习指导要领》,以及文部科学省的措施、学校的运营管理体制等方面,介绍和分析了日本是如何利用学校图书馆开展探究性学习活动的,并建议我国可从完善相关法规、加大财政支持力度、调整学校图书馆管理架构等方面借鉴日本的经验,促进学校图书馆在探究性学习中发挥更大的作用。
Japan is one of the most developed countries in the world in primary and secondary school librarianship. In order to develop students "survivability" in the network information era, one of Japan's actions about the school library is to promote the inquiry-based learning activities. Through exploratory learning activities, school libraries help to cultivate students' abilities of reading, understanding, logical reasoning, investigating, communicating and so on. This article makes an introduction and analysis of the inquiry-based learning activities promoted by school libraries in Japan from aspect of its school library law, guideline of learning, government policies, school management system and etc. At last, it suggests that our country can learn from Japan's experience to promote school libraries to play a greater role in inquiry learning such as improving the relevant laws and regulations, increasing financial support, adjusting management structure.
