摘要
为研究Ba O对铁磷酸盐玻璃结构和性能的影响,采用熔融淬冷法制备x Ba O-(100-x)(40Fe2O3-60P2O5)(其中x=0、5、10、20、30、40 mol%)系列玻璃。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和综合热分析(DTA)等测试手段表征样品结构和性能,并测试玻璃样品的密度和维氏硬度。结果研究表明,当Ba O含量小于30 mol%时,样品为均质玻璃;当Ba O含量大于等于30 mol%时,样品中析出类无水钾镁矾矿物(化学式:KBa Fe2(PO4)3,JCPDS:#78-2334)晶相;同时,Raman光谱表明伴随Ba O含量的增加,玻璃微结构从Q1转变到Q2和Q0,由于Ba O含量的增加导致玻璃样品网络结构更致密,宏观表现为密度(ρ)和维氏硬度(H)增加,摩尔体积(Vm)减小;样品玻璃转化温度(Tg)随Ba O含量的增加而增加,玻璃形成能力(Kgl)和抗析晶能力(ΔTTS)随Ba O的添加先增大后减小,这与XRD测试结果相一致。
The glass samples with composition x Ba O-(100-x)(40Fe2O3-60P2O5)(x=0,5,10,20,30,40 mol%) have been preparedby the conventional melt quench method. The structure and properties of the glasses have been investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopy and Differential Thermal Analysis(DTA). The XRD for the samples containing 30 mol% Ba O show the presence of a unique crystalline phase,analogouslangbeinite(KBa Fe2(PO4)3, JCPDS :#78-2334), embedded in an amorphous matrix. Raman spectroscopy data suggest the Q2 units and Q0 units increase while the Q1 units decrease with addition Ba O content. Density and hardness of the studied glasses increase, and molar volume decrease due to the strengthening of the network by the incorporation of the oxides into glasses. The glass forming ability and the thermal stability decreases with the increase of Ba O contents for homogeneous glass.
