摘要
论文以(NH4)2HPO4、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O和TEOS为主要原料,采用化学沉淀法制备了Si-HA粉体。XRD和SEM分析表明,随着含硅量的增加,仿生纳米含硅羟基磷灰石的晶粒尺寸降低,晶胞参数a和c均增大,颗粒逐渐向柱状发育。
In this paper, hydroxyapatite powder with different silicon content was prepared by chemical precipitation with(NH4)2HPO4, Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and TEOS as main raw materials. XRD and SEM show that the grain size of bionic nano-crystalline silicon hydroxyapatite was reduced and the lattice parameters of a and c were increased with the silicon content increase, so particles gradually to the columnar.
