摘要
以铝型材碱蚀渣为主要原料,粘土为结合剂,并添加外加剂和造孔剂制备多孔陶瓷材料,对多孔陶瓷材料显微结构进行SEM电镜分析,通过X-射线衍射(XRD)确定多孔陶瓷材料物相组成。实验结果表明,采用铝型材碱蚀渣制备多孔陶瓷材料,煤粉作为造孔剂效果更佳。当铝型材碱蚀渣、粘土、石灰石配比为6∶4∶1,并加40%的煤粉作为造孔剂时,制得的多孔陶瓷材料的气孔率可达42.5%,而抗压强度可达到17.14 MPa,综合性能优良。
Porous ceramics Materials were prepared with Aluminum alkali corrosion slag, adding admixture and poreforming agent. Microstructure of porous material was analysed by SEM,the phase composition was determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results show that pulverized coal was the best pore forming agent, When the ratio of aluminum alkali corrosion slag, clay and limestone was 6 ∶ 4 ∶ 1 and 40% of pulverized coal was added as a poreforming agent, the porosity rate of the porous ceramics material can reach to 42.5%, while the flexural strength was still up to 17.14 MPa. Combination property was good.
