摘要
以江西、湖南、四川、安徽4省的38份木通植物为试材,采用高效液相色谱法建立木通属植物苯乙醇苷B含量的测定方法,并测定木通藤茎中苯乙醇苷B的含量。结果表明:1)采用85%甲醇回流提取1 h,可以完整提取木通苯乙醇苷B;木通苯乙醇苷B在0.04~1μg呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9991,平均回收率99.44%。2)木通苯乙醇苷B在三叶木通、五叶木通、白木通藤中均含有,含量0.01%~1.194%,其中在三叶木通中的成熟藤中含量最大。
The method of determination phenylethanoid glycosides B content in Akebia plant had been researched. Use HPLC to determine the content of phenylethanoid glycosides B in 38 copies of A. stem which came from Jiangxi, Hu'nan,Sichuan and Anhui Province. The results showed that:(1) Phenylethanoid glycosides B can be complete extracted by 85%methanol reflux extraction 1 h, and showed a good linear relationship in 0.04 ~ 1μ g when use HPLC,(R2=0.9991) and the average recovery was 99.44%.(2) Phenylethanoid glycosides B contained in the stem of A. trifoliata, A. quinata, A. trifoliata,fluctuated from 0.01% to 1.194%, and the content in the mature A. trifoliata was the largest.
