浅析河北省大气污染治理对经济运行的影响

Analysis of the Impacts of Air Pollution Control on the Economic Operation in Hebei Province

文章在对我国经济运行现状与原因分析的基础上,探讨了2014年河北省经济下行的主要影响因素,并就其大气污染治理主要措施的经济代价与效益进行了分析,最后围绕经济与环保新常态下如何加强大气污染防治工作提出了四点建议。

In this paper, the current situation of the economic operation and the cause analysis were analyzed. Then, the main factors of the economic downturn in 2014 in Hebei Province were discussed. Simultaneously, the economic costs and benefits of the main air pollution control measures were investigated. Finally, four policy recommendations were put forward to strengthen the air pollution prevention and control under the New Normal of economy and environmental protection.
