摘要
子材大桥是钦州市跨越钦江的一座特大桥,桥梁全长488 m。主桥为三跨双塔自锚式悬索桥,跨径布置为65 m+158 m+65 m,主梁全宽35.5 m。现先介绍该桥的建设条件及技术标准,接着从主梁、主塔、缆索系统和索鞍与索夹等方面着重介绍了桥梁的关键设计参数。其分离式箱梁截面、无上横梁主塔,以及配套合理的构件保证了大桥设计理念的实现。
Zicai Bridge is a super-long-span bridge crossing Qinjiang River of Qinzhou. The total length of the bridge is 488 m. The main bridge is a three-span double-pylon self-anchored suspension bridge. Its spans are 65 m + 158 m + 65 m. Its main girder width is 35.5 m. The article introduces the construction conditions and technological standards of this bridge, and focuses introduction on the key technical parameters in the main girder, the main pylon, cable system, cable saddle and cable clamp. The design concept of the bridge is realized by the guarantee of the separated box-girder section, the main pylon lacking of upper crossbeam and the reasonable relevant components.
