施工企业要做到新技术、新工艺、新材料的开发应用有突破,就要通过在施工的各个环节把关,实现高效、低耗以增强企业核心竞争力。以漕河泾开发区浦江高科技园A1地块工业厂房项目为工程背景,介绍玻璃钢圆柱模板体系的选定及施工工艺。工程实践证明:玻璃钢模板操作方便,安全性高,工作效率高,材料利用率高,产生的废料、垃圾少,推广应用前景广泛。
The construction units must master various links of construction, and realize the high efficiency and low consumption to enhance the core competitive power of enterprise if want to make a breakthrough in the development and application of new technology, new process and new material. The article introduces the system selection and the construction technology of FRP cylindrical template by the A1 Industrial Plant Project of Pujiang High-tech Park Caohejing Development Zone as an engineering background. The engineering practice shows that the FRP template is easy operated with the high safety, high working efficiency, high material utilization and a few wastes. Its applicaiotn prospect is wide.
