摘要
目的探讨乳晕切开式乳房美容整形术在乳房假体隆胸手术中应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月于我院行乳房假体隆胸手术患者86例,作为研究对象。根据是否应用乳房美容整形技术分为乳房整形组(n=41)与传统对照组(n=45),两组患者基础资料比较无显著差异,比较两组患者隆胸效果、并发症发生率、乳房美容效果及患者满意度。结果两组患者术后隆胸效果、并发症发生率比较无显著差异;P>0.05;乳房整形组患者乳房美容效果、患者治疗满意度明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论乳晕切开式乳房美容整形技术应用与乳房假体隆胸术可在保证隆胸效果的同时,提高术后乳房美容效果,极大程度上提高了患者手术满意度,女性患者易于接受,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective To investigate the areola incisional breast cosmetic surgery applications in breast implants breast augmentation surgery.Methods From January2014 to January2015 in our hospital 86cases of breast augmentation surgery breast implants.Results The postoperative breast augmentation effect,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications;P〉0.05; breast surgery patients breast cosmetic results,patient treatment satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The type of breast areola incision technique and breast cosmetic surgery breast implants breast augmentation surgery can guarantee effectiveness while improving the cosmetic results of breast surgery, a great extent,improved patient satisfaction with the surgery, female patients are easy to accept,with a clinical application and promotion value.
