摘要
目的探讨自体耳廓软骨应用于鼻尖整形手术的整形效果及临床应用价值。方法以2011年1月至2013年6月我院收治的40例接受硅胶假体鼻尖整形手术患者为对照组，2013年7月至2015年1月我院收治的40例接受硅胶假体联合自体耳廓软骨鼻尖整形手术患者为观察组。结果从6～18个月的随访调查中发现观察组的总有效率高于对照组，观察组满意度高于对照组，以上比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用自体耳廓软骨进行鼻尖整形手术可提高术后效果，提高患者的满意度，是较理想的鼻尖整形手术方法。
Objective To investigate the application of autologous conchal cartilage in nose plastic surgery for clinical reference. Methods From Jan. 2011 to Jun.2013, forty patients were treated with silicone prosthesis implantation for the nose plastic surgery who were in the observation group .From Ju1.2013 to Jan.2015,forty patients were treated with autologous conchal cartilage with silicone prosthesis implantation. Results After the follow-ups for six to eighteen months we found follows.The effect of the treatments and satisfaction rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05, all showed significant differences Conclusions Autologous conchal cartilage with silicone prosthesis implantation have higher security with better effect and is worth promotion.
