核基地与核设施评价区食物消费量参考值推荐

Food consumption reference values recommended for nuclear base and nuclear facilities

为进一步规范和细化核基地与核设施厂址半径80 km范围城乡居民个人食物消费量,通过对已有的不同来源权威调查成果(包括全国性膳食调查成果、中国参考人食物消费量推荐数据、以及中国膳食指南推荐的食物消费量数据和中国食物与营养发展纲要(2014—2020年)给出的食物消费量数据)的对比分析,提出了在核基地与核设施集体剂量估算时优先采用的不同性别年龄组食物消费量数据。同时,依据这些资料,为《全国核基地与核设施辐射环境现状调查与评价项目》统一推荐了一套厂址半径80 km范围内食物消费量数据。

In order to regulate and make in detail on food consumption of Chinese residents in nuclear base and nuclear facilities area of radius of 80 km,the analysis and comparison are carried out to different data source as the national dietary survey,the recommended food consumption of Chinese reference man,the dietary guidelines recommended by the Chinese dietary guidelines,and the data from the development outline of Chinese food and nutrition（ 2014—2020）. The optimized recommended data of food consumption data of different gender and age group are suggested for calculation of collective dose on nuclear base and nuclear facilities. And meanwhile, based on these data, a formatted food consumption data within a radius of 80 km are recommended for the project 《Investigation and evaluation of the radiation environment of nuclear bases and nuclear facilities in China》.
