摘要
基于常规化学污染物和辐射危害缺失统一的环境风险基准,文章提出了"超额癌症风险"作为化学物质和电离辐射环境影响的评价终点,从而可以实现两类污染评价结果的比较和影响程度的叠加。研究利用目前普遍采用的统计学或流行病学调查方法、背景风险基准方法、管理决策方法,对环境保护中常规化学污染物和辐射危害环境风险基准的确定方法进行分析和筛选,推荐了超额癌症风险的环境风险基准确定方法。
" Excess cancer risk" can be used as environmental impact assessment endpoint for chemicals and ionizing radiation,thus the two environmental impact assessment results can be compared to each other and added up. After the same assessment endpoint determined,the determination methods of the risk criterion currently used are summarized,and the practicability and limitations of these various methods are analyzed. Determination method of risk criterion for environmental protection of site remediation is finally recommended.
