热处理对0Cr16Ni5Mo不锈钢焊接接头性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为提高水轮机过流部件焊接修复区域抗磨蚀性能,对0Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢材质的转轮采用0Cr16Ni5MoRe不锈钢焊材进行焊接修复,研究热处理工艺对焊接接头性能影响。研究结果表明,通过延长焊后热处理时间至10 h,可有效改善母材、焊缝、热影响区的冲击性能,同时其弯曲性能也得到明显改善。采用0Cr16Ni5MoRe不锈钢焊条焊接0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢后,经焊后缓冷并610℃保温10 h空冷后焊接接头各项指标符合标准规定。 To improve the abrasion and erosion resistance of repaired areas in hydraulic turbine flow passage components,the runners made of 0Cr13Ni5 Mo stainless steel are repair-welded by using 0Cr16Ni5 MoRe stainless steel electrodes.Effect of heat treatment on properties of the welded joints was investigated.Research results show that the impact absorbed energy and bending properties of the matrix,weld and HAZ zone are improved by prolonging the soaking time to 10 h.The properties of the welded joints can meet the requirement of standards when slow cooling after welding and then treated at 610 ℃ for 10 h.
