摘要
对TLM钛合金进行了不同热处理条件下的室温硬度测试、杯突试验和弯曲试验。结果表明,固溶处理后合金板材的杯突值IE为4.7-5.8 mm,最大弯曲角为180°,显微硬度为226-236 HV0.1。时效处理后板材的杯突值IE为1.9-3.1 mm,最大弯曲角为77°-153°,显微硬度为240-403 HV0.1。同时,结合文献还定性地得到了相组织对板材硬度及成形性能的影响关系。
Hardness test,cupping test and bending test were carried out on TLM alloy sheet under different heat treatment conditions.Results show that under solution treatment conditions,the cupping test value( IE) is 4.7-5.8 mm,the max bending angle is up to 180°,and the hardness is 226-236 HV0.1,however,under aging conditions,the IE value of the sheet is 1.9-3.1 mm,the maximum bending angle is only 77°-153° and the hardness is 240-403 HV0.1.Moreover,effect of microstructure on the hardness and formability of the TLM alloy were analyzed qualitatively to reference the literatures.
