摘要
根据轴类零件的热处理工艺要求,设计了曲轴悬挂链式连续热处理生产线,阐述了曲轴铸件生产线的热处理工艺,生产线组成和控制方式,对悬挂式连续生产线的工艺流程、加热炉、冷却室、自动化控制等做了介绍。通过现场运行情况可知,该生产线对节约能源、提高生产效率有明显作用。
The continuous heat treatment production line was designed according to the technical requirements of crankshaft.The heat treatment process,composition and control mode of the production line were described,and the process,heating furnace,cooling chamber and automatic control of the line were also introduced.Through field operation,it shows that the production line plays a significant role for energy saving and production efficiency improvement.
