摘要
某高压主蒸汽管道一组恒力吊架的位移指针与锁定装置发生卡碰现象,导致管道热位移受阻。针对该现象,通过静力计算,定量地分析了其对管系应力及高压缸端口推力和力矩的影响。结果表明:当恒力吊架位移受阻时,管道系统对高压缸的推力和力矩变化较大,管道系统的最大二次应力也相应增加。
The displacement pointer of the constant force hanger of a high-pressure main steam pipeline was stuck with locking device which resulted in the thermal displacement blocking of the pipeline.Regarding such situation,the influence of the thermal displacement blocking on pipeline force,high-pressure cylinder force and torque was quantitatively analyzed by static calculation.The results show that when the displacement of constant force hanger was blocked,high-pressure cylinder's force and torque coming from the pipeline changed greatly,and the maximum secondary stress of the pipeline increased accordingly.
